Case Study: International Company

As part of a government settlement, international company required monitoring to ensure compliance with BIS/OFAC export regulations.

ICS Consulting, LLC served as an expert for an internal compliance team responsible for monitoring company’s compliance as part of a government settlement agreement. As part of this effort, ICS supported the review and assessment of internal controls and served as a co-lead in preparing required reports outlining company’s compliance efforts and recommendations for improvements.
